Adam Arnwine joined Texas Star Alliance in 2023 as an Associate. He previously worked in both the Texas Senate and the Texas House working on a broad range of policy areas including grid reform, school safety, water infrastructure, and economic development issues. Adam assists clients through the complex legislative process and guides clients through matters involving state agency business and business development initiatives.

After initially interning with Texas Star Alliance, Adam served in the Senate Business and Commerce Committee, where he aided senior policy analysts in the development of comprehensive grid reform policies following the devastating effects of Winter Storm Uri.

Following his time in the Senate Business and Commerce Committee, Adam served in the Office of Chairman Will Metcalf. During this time, he focused on grid reliability issues, and helped passed various pieces of legislation addressing grid reliability, school safety, and water/wastewater operator shortages.

Adam graduated from the University of Texas in 2022, where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Sigma Fraternity and the Health and Society Collective.
