Mark Hamzat O. Erogbogbo to Join Texas Star Alliance Energy Solutions

Energy Industry Expert Joining Influential Consulting Group

AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Star Alliance Energy Solutions is proud to announce the newest addition to the group, Mark Hamzat O. Erogbogbo. A Corporate Strategist and Business Development Executive, he is currently a managing director with an Energy Asset Development and A&D firm. He is also managing director of a financial and strategic advisory firm that provides services Capital Formation (Reg D, Reg A+ and Reg CF), M&A, A&D, leveraged finance, equity/equity-linked financing, restructuring and recapitalization solutions.

Mark is on the Advisory Board of American Association of Petroleum Geologist’s, AAPG. He is a Chairman of Private Equity, Energy & Natural Resources, and Capital Markets of the largest executive finance organization in the world with 40,000 middle market & above Finance Executives & CFOs. To add to his extensive knowledge in the energy industry, he is also Chairman of Geological Society Houston, North American Explorationists, Chairman of Finance & Investments at Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mark is on the executive board of a consulting firm that writes Grants, Government Contracts and Tax Incentives for businesses. In addition, he is on the Advisory Board of Career Gear of Houston which is an organization that helps men receive formal attire and prepare for getting back into the workforce after being laid off.

In the past, Mark has held the positions of Board Member of the Geophysical Society of Houston, Board Member for the Society of Independent Earth Scientists, Committee Member of the Turnaround Management Association, Committee Member Association of Corporate Growth, and Committee Member of Texas Hedge Fund Association where he organized the 1st Hedge Fund event in Houston. Mark has always been a leader, as he was captain of the University of Manchester Basketball team & played for the Manchester Giants U-19
