Mr. Garcia is bringing his vast knowledge and experience to a team of professionals that consistently provides results to their clients. Mr. Garcia has more than 20 years of experience in government and public affairs consulting with several prominent organizations in healthcare, higher education, transportation, and insurance. Prior to his experience in consulting, he worked for several decades in both the Texas Senate and the Texas House of Representatives. He worked as chief of staff for Texas Senator Eddie Lucio and was responsible for coordinating efforts among members of the Texas House of Representatives, Texas Senate, and many stakeholders in order to pass important bills in the legislature.
